England won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first.

Pak vs Eng T20: England did not start well, the first wicket fell in the third over.

Chasing the target of 158 runs, England’s start was not good and Philip Schult became the victim of Shahnawaz Dahani in the third over itself.

After this, Alex Hales and David Malan took the innings and took the team beyond 50. However, Malan fell victim to Haris Rauf after scoring 20 runs.

After this, Harry Brooke and Moeen Ali took the team to the target easily. England won in 19.2 overs.

We made good use of the powerplay.

After the match, Pakistan captain Babar Azam said that we made good use of powerplay in batting, but after the 10th over our run rate slowed down.

The credit goes to their bowlers, we didn’t get good partnerships. Their bowlers took wickets consistently, but our batsmen should have done better.

We are trying to create balance in the team before the World Cup, we will test our bench strength and then go to the tournament with our best team.
