During the lockdown, these platforms did not reduce the dose of entertainment for the people living in the homes.

Due to which many Bollywood stars also made debuts through web series on OTT platforms.

Bobby deol

Bobby Deol made an OTT debut with Prakash Jha’s web series released on MX Player. In this series, Bobby played the character of the hypocritical Dharmaguru.

Two seasons of the series have been released and both are well known.

Abhishek Bacchan

Abhishek Bachchan made his debut on the digital platform from Amazon Prime’s web series Breathe-in to Shadows.

In this series, Abhishek played the role of a psychiatric disorder patient who has a double personality.

Sushmita Sen

Sushmita Sen made her digital debut in the series Arya on Disney Plus Hotstar. In this crime drama, Sushmita played a member of a crime family.

The series was directed by Ram Madhvani. Sushmita returned to acting after 5 years through the series.
