NZ vs Aus: Centenary Martin Guptill played quick innings, 18 sixes for New Zealand. The five-match T20 International series is being played between hosts New Zealand and Australia.

Kiwi team opener Martin Guptill failed in the first match of the same series. This was not the first time Martin Guptill had failed.

Earlier, runs were not getting out of Guptill’s bat in many consecutive matches, but he finished the drought of runs in the second match of the T20 series.

Although he missed a century, he played strong innings for the Kiwi team.

Right-handed batsman Martin Guptill gave his team a brilliant start by scoring a 97-run knock against Australia with 27 fours in the first and stormy fifty before being dismissed.

Martin Guptill scored 97 runs in 50 balls at a strike rate of around 200. Captain Kane Williamson also supported them well and the two shared a partnership of over 100 runs.

Williamson scored 53 runs in 35 balls with the help of 2 fours and 3 sixes. The Kiwi team, which won the first match by a big margin, scored 219 runs in this match, losing 7 wickets in the prescribed 20 overs.

Apart from Guptill and Williamson, James Neesham also played strong innings. He scored an unbeaten 45 in 16 balls with the help of 1 four and 6 sixes.

He did not get support from the other end. If he had got them, he could have added a few more runs to the team. During this time Jimmy Neesham also hit three consecutive sixes and took the team beyond 200.

The Kiwi team took a total of 18 sixes in this innings, out of which 8 sixes were hit by Martin Guptill alone, while 6 sixes came off Neesham’s bat.

Captain Kane Williamson also hit three sixes, while one six was studded by Glenn Phillips. In the match played earlier, Devon Conway batted brilliantly for the Kiwi team, scoring 99 runs. In this way, two players of the Kiwi team have missed a century in two consecutive matches.

Australian team could not win even by making world record, such lost match in last over.

NZ vs Aus: The five-match T20 International series is being played between hosts New Zealand and Australia. In the second match of the same series, the Kangaroo team set a world record, but the team did not get a win.

The Kiwi team defeated guest Australia by 4 runs to take a 2–0 lead in the series. Now the third match in the series will be do-or-die for the Kangaroo team.
