Two cyber thugs, who duped a family of Rs 3.3 lakh in the name of sending them to Dubai, were arrested by Cyber ​​Cell Jammu from the Safakadal area of ​​Srinagar.

Both the arrested thugs Irshad Ahmed and Mohammad Tahir Khan are residents of Safakadal. The police are interrogating them and gathering information about their network.

Sajjad Hussain, a resident of the Dool area of ​​Kishtwar in the Cyber ​​Cell police station, had filed a complaint on September 8 last day that he had read about a company sending youth abroad in the internet media.

They wanted to send their son to Dubai, so they contacted the company’s phone number.

The company’s employees assured him that they would send his son to Dubai and get him employed there. Complainant Sajjad Hussain got involved in the talk of thugs.

The thugs asked him to deposit Rs 3.3 lakh in his bank account. Sajjad Hussain deposited this amount in his bank account. The thugs stopped contacting him as soon as he got the money.

Now Sajjad Hussain understood that he had been a victim of fraud. He then lodged a complaint with the Cyber ​​Cell police station.

DSP Cyber ​​Cell Priyanka and Inspector Vikram Sharma gathered information about the frauds on the basis of bank accounts transactions and other evidence.

After this, a team of Jammu Cyber ​​Cell was sent to Srinagar, which arrested both the accused.

SP Cyber ​​Cell Naresh Sharma has asked people not to give their bank and personal information to any unknown person.
