Lakhimpur Kheri: The political ruckus is not stopping, one leader after the other is turning here.

A hearing in the Lakhimpur Kheri case is to be held in the Supreme Court today.

On Sunday, when four farmers were killed in a convoy of vehicles in the Tikona area and four others were also killed in the violence that followed, there has been a political ruckus since then.

Leaders of opposition parties one after the other are reaching Lakhimpur to meet the victim’s family. Priyanka and Rahul Gandhi from Congress have already met the victim’s family.

Supreme Court to hear again in Lakhimpur Kheri case today, UP government has to submit a status report

The Uttar Pradesh government has to submit a status report in the Lakhimpur Kheri case before the Supreme Court on Friday.

The top court has asked how many people have been booked and who have been arrested. A bench of CJI NV Ramana, Justice Suryakant, and Justice Hima Kohli is hearing the matter.

During the hearing on Thursday, the court had told the UP government that it will tell in the status report tomorrow, against whom FIRs have been registered and whether they have been arrested or not.

Along with this, the court had also ordered the UP government to make immediate arrangements for the immediate treatment of the ailing mother who lost her son in the violence.

On October 4, eight people, including four farmers and a journalist, had died during the farmers’ protest.

The farmers allege that the son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra was crushed to death by the vehicles involved in the convoy.

while the other side says that the farmers attacked him during the demonstration and the vehicles became uncontrollable in this chaos, and the accident happened.
