Lakhimpur Kheri Case Update: Minister’s son Ashish Mishra gets bail from Allahabad High Court in the Lakhimpur Kheri case.

The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has taken a big decision in the case of the death of eight people, including four farmers, in the violence after the Tikuniya riots in Lakhimpur Kheri on October 3.

The High Court has granted bail to Ashish Mishra alias Monu, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra alias Teni, the main accused in this case.

Ashish Mishra alias Monu, accused in the Tikunia violence case of Lakhimpur Kheri, is lodged with his colleagues in Lakhimpur Kheri Jail for nearly four months.

Lakhimpur Kheri Case Update: The Lucknow Bench of the High Court on Thursday granted bail to the son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni.

The court had reserved its decision in this case last month. In this violence, Ashish Mishra was arrested along with his associates for trampling the farmers with a car.

A single bench of Justice Rajiv Singh gave this order to grant bail to Ashish Mishra alias Monu.

Earlier, on January 18, 2022, the court had reserved the order after hearing Ashish’s bail application.  Ashish Mishra will have to file a bail bond, after that he can come out of jail on bail.

Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra and his associates were booked in connection with the death of four farmers and a journalist.

12 people were arrested in this case. In this case, more than a dozen people, including Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister Ajay Mishra ‘Teni’, were made accused.

The SIT in its investigation said that the farmers were crushed to death as part of the conspiracy. In this case, the opposition has been demanding the resignation of Union Minister of State Ajay Mishra.

A total of eight people, including four farmers, died in this incident. Ashish denied the allegations against him. Ashish said that he was not at the spot when the incident happened.
