Kerala amends on Wednesday its release rules in accordance with those given by the Indian Council of Medical Research Exploration (ICMR) and the World Health Organization(WHO). According to the new rules, the administration has chosen to get rid of the “twofold negative” basis for the release of coronavirus patients.
Prior, if a patient must be released, they were required to test negative on two sequential tests.
For asymptomatic and mellow patients, follow up test would be done on day 10 since the primary positive outcome. On the off chance that it comes negative, they would be released.
For other people, the test would be done on day 14 since the beginning of indications. In the event that the outcomes come out negative, they would be released given they have finished 14 days since the beginning of side effects and have not encountered any manifestations throughout the previous three days.
