Karnataka: 8 people arrested in the murder of Bajrang Dal worker Harsh, know what is the matter.
Harsha, a Bajrang Dal worker, was murdered with a sharp weapon in Karnataka’s Shimoga on Sunday. Two days after the incident, there is still an atmosphere of tension in the area.
Taking precaution, the administration imposed a curfew in the city by imposing section 144. Which has now been extended till Friday.
Along with this, orders have also been issued to keep the schools closed for the next two days.

Giving information, Karnataka Home Minister Araga Gyanendra said that eight people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Bajrang Dal worker Harsh, till yesterday the police had arrested 6 accused.

Earlier, Shimoga SP Laxmi Prasad had told that a total of six people have been arrested for the murder. While 12 others are still being questioned.

District Superintendent of Police Lakshmi Prasad said that six people have been arrested for the murder.
Their names are Mohammad Kashif, Syed Nadeem, Afsifullah Khan, Rehan Sharif, Nihan, and Abdul Afnan.
At the same time, he told that there are two cases registered against the deceased Harsh in the police. The first case is related to the riots, the second is a case of hurting religious sentiments during 2016-17.
