Japanese forces (Japan’s Self-Defense Forces) have conducted military exercises to prevent China from occupying remote islands. Japan has done this exercise at the East Fuji Training Area in Shizuoka.

Japan is constantly cautious about China’s increasing aggression in the East China Sea. China is also claiming Japan-administered Senkaku Islands. Japan is also increasing its capacity to protect Nansei Island.

According to Japan Times reports, 3,100 Japanese soldiers, 45 tanks and armored vehicles took part in the two-hour exercise. Apart from this, combat helicopters also participated in it.

People were barred from seeing it due to the Corona virus. This led to this maneuver being broadcast live on YouTube.
