Jammu and Kashmir DDC Election Result of Congress: Congress will churn over poor performance in elections account not even opened in four districts of Jammu division.

The Congress will churn on its poor performance in the District Development Council (DDC) election held in Jammu and Kashmir for the first time.

Congress account has not been opened in Jammu, Samba, Kathua and Udhampur districts of Jammu division.

This is a big setback for the party. The party has only 26 seats out of 280 seats of District Development Council. The party’s performance has been worse than the PDP.

The party’s wavering policies are the reason for its defeat.

The party will meet soon to find out the reasons for the loss of elections to several veteran candidates, including the son of GA Mir, the head of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee.

Rajni Patil, in-charge of the party’s Jammu and Kashmir affairs, will also visit Jammu.

Congress did not contest elections in the District Development Council election by making a strategy.

Being part of the People’s Alliance for Group Declaration in parts of Kashmir and contesting elections in Jammu on its own was a result of its weak policies.

The truth is also that the party high command had left the Congress in Jammu and Kashmir on its own. No national level leader of the party came for campaigning.

The party’s in-charge of Jammu and Kashmir affairs Rajni Patil and state head GA Mir also played only formalities. The people of the four districts of Jammu division completely rejected the Congress.

Some party leaders have won on their own.

The party’s chief spokesperson Ravindra Sharma said that the party’s performance in the district development council election will be churned.

We will look into every aspect. The BJP had engaged its Union ministers and senior leaders for campaigning.

A meeting will be held soon under the chairmanship of state head GA Mir in which all senior leaders will participate.
