Israel Vows To Save Its Army From Politics, Tension May Increase

Israel vows to save its army from politics, tension may increase.

Israel’s leaders vowed on Monday that they will not allow the country’s army to come into the hands of politics.

This was done after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu increased the control of far-right coalition partners over security forces in the occupied West Bank.

While Netanyahu’s conservative Likud party retained the Defense Ministry, which runs the authority coordinating policy in the West Bank.

It has handed over some of the negotiating policy-making to hardline politician Bezalel Smotrich. Itamar Ben-Gvir, as Minister of National Security, commands the border police.

The coalition’s structure has raised questions about the authority of an army and how it will handle tinderbox areas where the Palestinians seek statehood of their own.

“We Will Protect an IDF.”

Defense Minister Yoav Galant said at the ceremony of appointing the new top general Hergi Halevi, “I will make sure that external pressure such as political, legal and other problems I keep to myself and do not reach the IDF (Israel Defense Forces).”

Harji Halevi grew up in a Jewish religious-nationalist household. They avoided public displays of piety or politics.

“We will keep an IDF safe and try to keep it objective, principled, and away from professional considerations that are not related to defense,” Herji said.

Israel vows to save its army from politics: The ever-increasing tension between Palestine and Israel.

The tension between Palestine and Israel is increasing continuously. Last Thursday, during a raid in the West Bank, the Israeli army shot three Palestinians, killing them.

The incident was the latest bloodshed in the escalation of violence between Israel and Palestine in recent months.

In opposition to the decision to give Leopard tanks to Ukraine in Germany, the number of dead in Dnipro due to the Russian attack reached 40.

An infighting has started in Europe on the issue of military aid to Ukraine. Germany’s Defense Minister Christine Lambrette has resigned ahead of a meeting of allied countries to be held on Friday.

Recently, the German government was facing severe criticism for its decision to give Leopard tanks to Ukraine.

Meanwhile, the death toll in the Russian attack on a multi-story residential building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro has risen to 40, with dozens still missing.

But Russia has denied the attack on the residential building.
