ISI And Lashkar Are Engaged In A Conspiracy To Spread Panic

ISI and Lashkar are engaged in a conspiracy to spread panic in Punjab along with Jammu and Kashmir.

The State Investigation Agency (SIA) on Thursday filed a charge sheet in a special court in Jammu against Mohammad Rafiq Khan, a resident of district Rajouri, and Gurpal Singh, a resident of Punjab.

It said that Rafiq Khan was involved in anti-national activities and had also tried to cross the Line of Control (LoC) to POK.

Apart from this, he has also sent pictures and video footage of parts of the LoC to his Pakistani handler through internet media.

It has been found in the investigation that the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI and Lashkar are engaged in a conspiracy to spread panic not only in Jammu and Kashmir but in Punjab.

Drug trafficking is also taking place under this conspiracy.

The SIA has urged the Central Government to allow the Central Authority of Pakistan to send through court a Letter of Rogatory to ascertain the identity of the accomplices of Gurpal Singh and Mohammad Rafiq Khan sitting in Pakistan and POK.

According to the information received from the SIA, an FIR was registered against Mohammad Rafiq Khan, a resident of Panjgrai, Gambhir Mughallan, District Rajouri in Jammu on 14 November 2021.

He was in constant contact with Abdul Hameed Khan, a resident of  POK’s Kotli. Abdul Hameed Khan is allegedly an agent of the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI.

Mohammad Rafiq Khan used to send information about important positions and activities of the army in district Rajouri and Poonch to Abdul Hameed Khan through internet media.

He used to talk to her through the VOIP app. After a thorough investigation and submission of necessary evidence, Rafiq Khan was arrested.

Investigation revealed that Pakistani intelligence agency ISI in collaboration with terrorist organization Lashkar has hatched a conspiracy to worsen the situation in Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir.

Mohammad Rafiq Khan had deposited 10 thousand rupees in the bank account of Darshan Singh, a resident of Sangrur, Punjab, on the behest of his Pakistani handler Abdul Hameed Khan.

Gurpal Singh had given information about Darshan Singh’s bank account to Mohammad Rafiq Khan.

Gurpal Singh is a criminal, who was lodged in Sangrur jail in some cases. In jail, he had contact with a Pakistani national, Sajid Bukhari.

Sajid Bukhari was extradited to Pakistan after the completion of his sentence. Sajid knew that Gurpal Singh needed money.

He had contacted Abdul Hameed Khan and other Pakistani handlers along with Gurpal Singh.

According to the SIA, Mohammad Rafiq Khan wanted to go to Pakistan and become a terrorist.

He had tried to go to Pakistan via the Wagah border but was stopped there by immigration officials. After this, he tried to cross the LoC in district Rajouri and go to Ghulam Kashmir.

It has been learned from the mobile phone of Mohammad Rafiq Khan that anti-Khalistan pro-India material was also being exchanged between Gurpal Singh and several other Pakistani handlers.

Gurpal Singh’s phone has also been checked and an audio clip of Abdul Hameed Khan recovered in it has revealed that he has asked Gurpal Singh to sell the drug heroin in Punjab.

He can use this money to make youth terrorists and meet his expenses.

There is also mention of a pistol being provided in this conversation.

When the WhatsApp chat and voice notes were searched from Gurpal Singh’s phone, we heard things like Pakistan Zindabad-Khalistan Zindabad.

The real fun will come when Khalistan will be formed, the governments of the whole world are with us.

The SIA has registered various cases against Mohammad Rafiq Khan, Gurpal Singh, and POK resident Abdul Hameed Khan under the Sedition and Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

Apart from this, the investigation against his other associates is also going on. The Pakistani handlers found by Gurpal Singh on his phone are also being traced.
