Iran Said: We Have Taken Our Decision On The Nuclear Deal

Iran said: We have taken our decision on the nuclear deal, now it is the turn of the other parties to decide on it.

Efforts are being made continuously regarding the nuclear treaty between Iran and America.

In this regard, during the talks held in Vienna, Iran has made it clear to all the parties and members that now it is their turn to decide on this deal.

Giving information about the Vienna talks, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatijedah said that Iran has not only taken its decision in this regard but has also told it.

Now the other parties have to decide on this.

Let us tell you that in the year 2015, Iran and America had an agreement under the Barack Obama administration.

Apart from these two, other countries also participated in this agreement. This treaty is also called JCOPA or the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCOPA).

In the year 2018, then US President Donald Trump pulled himself out of this treaty, saying that America did not benefit from it.

He called this deal the most useless. He said that he wanted a new deal with Iran, in which America would benefit.

Trump also imposed many tough sanctions on Iran. After this, in the year 2019, Iran also distanced itself from this deal.

During his weekly press conference, the spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs said that if the decision on this nuclear treaty is left to the new government to be formed in Iran, then it will not matter which government takes a decision on it in how many days.

Let us also tell you here that Britain, China, France, Russia, and Germany are involved in the talks about the nuclear treaty between Iran and America.

Six rounds of talks have been held in this regard in the Austrian capital Vienna.

The talks between all these parties in this regard started on 6 April. However, no significant progress has been seen in this regard so far.

These parties say that there are deep differences on some points regarding the treaty, which are very important to resolve and which have not been done so far.

During the recent talks, Iran’s nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi said that at this time the other parties to the treaty have to decide on other issues related to it.

The purpose of the negotiations on the nuclear deal is to ensure that all the parties agree on the matters related to it and it can be fully implemented.
