International Flights To Be Banned Till 31 May

International flights to be banned till 31 May, extended period due to corona. India on Friday extended the moratorium on international commercial flights.

Now the journey of these flights has been stopped till 31 May 2021. At the same time, international passenger flights will continue to operate under the air travel bubble arrangement.

Once again there is an atmosphere of chaos in the country due to cases of corona infection. As a precaution, the DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) has extended the ban on foreign flights to 31 May.

This means that now people will not be able to travel abroad till 31 May. The circular issued by the DGCA states, ‘The circular issued on 26-06-2020 has been partially amended.

The competent authority has extended the validity of the circular issued on scheduled international commercial passenger services by the night of May 31, 2021. ‘

The circular stated that this restriction would not apply to international all-cargo operations and flights, which are specifically approved by the DGCA.

Earlier this moratorium was extended from 31 March to 30 April 2021, which has been extended by one month.

The Indian government banned international flights on 26 June 2020 at the time of lockdown in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Domestic flight services resumed on May 25, 2020. After this, guidelines have been issued by DGCA from time to time.

According to the Union Health Ministry, 3,86,452 new cases of Covid-19 infection were reported in the country in the last 24 hours and 3,498 people died.

After this, the total number of positive cases has so far been 1,87,62,976 and the total death toll has come down to 2,08,330.

The total number of active cases in the country is 31,70,228 and the total number of discharged cases is 1,53,84,418.

Considering the Corona crisis in India, America advises its citizens to leave India soon.

The US has advised its citizens not to travel to India. Also, people who are already in India have also been instructed to leave the country as soon as possible.

The relatives of their American embassy personnel have also been asked to return from India in time. He argues that as the number of cases of Covid-19 in India increases, the resources of all types of medical care are limited.

The United States has issued the fourth phase of travel advisory on India, which is the highest level of advisory issued by the State Department.
