He has written in the letter that ‘I tender my resignation from the primary membership of the party with immediate effect. In the last 12 years, I have conveyed to you many problems through letters.

But so far I do not see any change in the working style of the party.

Infighting in Congress before the CWC meeting: Ibrahim was angry with the party leadership.

Ibrahim was unhappy with the appointment of BK Hariprasad as the new Leader of Opposition in the Karnataka Legislative Council.

He said that the party leadership should have chosen him as the Leader of the Opposition in the Karnataka Legislative Council.

Accused of getting power to tainted leaders.

Also, in the past, he had alleged that only tainted leaders get power in Congress. He had said that such people who have money, on whom ED cases are registered, and on whom income tax cases are going on.

Such people have power in Congress. CM Ibrahim had said that he is a Muslim and there is no CBI case, ED case, or money laundering charges against him. Because of this, they have to remain in this position.
