Antibodies against the corona are present after taking the vaccine in the blood serum. All these serums were tested by adding new forms of virus from UK and virus already found in India.

Tests found that the antibodies present in the serum of a person taking covaxin are equally effective on both the Indian and British forms of corona and are capable of completely eradicating them.

The effectiveness of covaxine will remain

It is worth noting that covaxine is prepared by inactivating Corona’s live virus, which produces antibodies against the entire virus.

At the same time, the vaccine produced by Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca produces antibodies against spike proteins from the corona virus.

The British form of the virus has detected 23 mutations in spike proteins. Currently, these mutations have not been successful in completely replacing the spike protein, which is why they are effective in providing protection against spike protein-based vaccine viruses.

But in the event of more mutations in the spike protein, their effectiveness may be affected. But in such a situation the effectiveness of covaxin will remain.
