Indiana Mass Shooting: Firing at Indiana Mall’s food court kills 4; 2 injured.

Four people, including a gunman, were killed on the evening of July 17 at the Greenwood Park Mall in the state of Indiana the United States.

The gunman opened fire in the food court, after which a civilian armed with a weapon shot him. The news agency AP gave this information quoting the police.

There is no danger ahead – Mayor.

Mayor Mark W. Myers said a shooting occurred Sunday evening at the Greenwood Park mall in Indiana. Police reached the spot and controlled the situation.

There is no further danger. Greenwood Police Department chief Jim Isan said: “In total, four people have been killed.” While two people have been injured.

The call came at 6 pm – Isaan.

During a news conference on Sunday, Isan said that the emergency call center received a call about the shooting at the food court at around 6 pm (local time).

He said the firing ended when an armed civilian shot the gunman.

The mayor of Greenwood said in a statement: “We have learned of a shooting incident at the Greenwood Park Mall. The Greenwood Police Department is taking control of the situation.

I am in direct contact with the command post. There is no further danger. I would ask the public to please stay away from this area.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said on Twitter that it was helping local officials.
The police department urged people to avoid going into the area.
