India China Border Dispute: Fifth Round Of Corps Commander

India China border dispute: Fifth round of Corps Commander level talks on the withdrawal of the army from East Ladakh today.

India China Standoff: In order to ease tensions between the two countries in East Ladakh, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi held a telephonic discussion for nearly two hours on July 5.

There is a continuous phase of India China Standoff between India and China on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh. The Chinese army has still not retreated from many areas.

So to reduce tensions between the two sides, today the fifth round of Commander-level talks will be held between the Indian and Chinese military. According to sources, this conversation will take place in Moldo. This area falls in the Chinese part of the LAC.

Let us know that in the last few weeks, there have been several rounds of talks between the two countries, but so far no concrete result has come out of these talks.

4 rounds of conversation so far
On June 15, 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a clash with Chinese soldiers in the Galvan Valley.

Since then, the tension on the border has increased. To restore peace and stability in the region, four rounds of talks have been held between the top military commanders of the armies of both the countries.

According to sources, the Chinese army has withdrawn its army from Galvan Valley and some places of confrontation. But India has also demanded the withdrawal of the army from finger points in Pangong So. China has not called back its army from these areas.

Lie of china
Let us know that on July 5, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi had discussed on telephone for about two hours to reduce tension between the two countries in eastern Ladakh.

After this conversation, the two sides started the process of retreat after July 6. But China, as usual, backed away from its talks. In such a situation, the Chinese army is still present in many areas.

Army preparations
Meanwhile, the army has started camping again in East Ladakh due to no indication of a solution to the border dispute with China soon. Preparations have been started to maintain the existing number of military forces, tanks, and other weapons at all important places in the area even in the winter months.

Top military officials and strategic experts took stock of the situation at LAC and other places in eastern Ladakh on Saturday. It is being said that Army Chief General MM Narwane is constantly informing Defense Minister Rajnath Singh regarding preparations.
