Adopt a policy of zero tolerance towards terrorists and their helpers, Ruchira Kamboj said in the UN.
India’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ruchira Kamboj said on Friday that a policy of zero tolerance should be adopted towards terrorists and their helpers.
Ruchira Kamboj also said that the illegal supply of small and light weapons is proving helpful to terrorists in continuing terrorism.
This is why all countries need to work together to prevent weapons from reaching them.
Ruchira Kamboj said that India suffers from cross-border terrorism and violence. Terrorists can continue this on the strength of illegal weapons.
India is well aware of the dangers of these small and light weapons.
The increase in the amount of weapons wielded by these terrorist organizations reminds us again and again that they cannot exist without support.
This is why there is a need to further strengthen existing international processes to prevent access to these weapons.
He said that India has fought the curse of terrorism for many decades. India is aware that small arms and ammunition are being supplied to armed organizations and terrorists.
We have been harmed greatly by the use of these illegal weapons smuggled across our borders. Which now also includes the use of drones.
Iran: After the death of a Mossad agent, tensions with Israel may rise.
On Saturday, an agent working for Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad was hanged in Iran. This information has been given by Iran’s government news agency IRNA.
A man was hanged.
According to the report, the spy was accused of exchanging several intelligence files and was connected to foreign intelligence services, such as the Mossad.
In Zahedan, the capital of the southeast province of Sistan and Baluchistan, the man was hung by the justice. The report does not, however, reveal that person’s identity.
Iranian intelligence agents detained three individuals in April 2022 on suspicion of having ties to the Mossad.
Furthermore, it remains unclear if the victim of the hanging is one of those three or someone else. For the past few years, Iran and Israel have accused one another of spying.
The greatest danger to Israel is Iran.
Israel has consistently vowed to use military force to stop Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons because it views Iran as its greatest danger.
Iran has promised to retaliate violently against any invasion and denies that it is looking for such weapons.
