Income Tax Raid On Shiv Sena Councilor Yashwant Jadhav

Income tax raid on Shiv Sena councilor Yashwant Jadhav’s residence, raids are going on in many areas of Mumbai: Income Tax Raid.

After the arrest of NCP leader Nawab Malik, now the Central Investigation Agency has opened its front on Shiv Sena.

The Income Tax Department team raided the residence of Mumbai Municipal Corporation’s Standing Committee Chairman and Shiv Sena leader Yashwant Jadhav in Mazgaon on Friday morning.

Income Tax officials along with CRPF personnel reached Yashwant Jadhav’s house this morning. After this these officers started questioning Yashwant Jadhav at home itself.

At present, documents are being checked at his house. IT raids are on at the residence of a local Shiv Sena leader, Yashwant Jadhav’s close aide located in BIT Chawl.

Apart from this, IT raids are being conducted in the Vile Parle area, Goregaon, Malad, Borivali, and Mulund in many parts of Mumbai including Kamla Landmark Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

However, it is not yet clear in which case the investigation is going on at Yashwant Jadhav’s residence.

Yashwant Jadhav has been the chairman of the standing committee for the last five years.

BJP leaders have been continuously accusing him of financial misconduct through anonymous companies.

Therefore, after Sanjay Raut, another Shiv Sena leader has come on the radar of the Central Investigation Agency. This is being considered a big setback for Shiv Sena.

It is noteworthy that Yamini Jadhav, wife of Yashwant Jadhav, participated in the movement of Mahavikas Aghadi near Mantralaya in support of Nawab Malik.

The raid on Yashwant Jadhav’s house on the very second day has created a stir in the political circles.

Let us inform you that for the last few days, ED activities are going on continuously in the state. In this, many big leaders of the Mahavikas Aghadi government are also on the target of ED.

Similarly, the ED is also keeping an eye on the leaders of the three parties in the Mahavikas Aghadi government.

In view of the upcoming Mumbai Municipal Corporation elections.

The investigation conducted by the IT department at the residence of  Shiv Sena corporator Yashwant Jadhav is being said to be a major setback for Shiv Sena.
