Ingredients for making Mushroom Tikka Masala.
1. Mushrooms- 250 grams
2. Curd- half cup
3. Red chilli- 1 teaspoon
4. Kashmiri red chilli- 2 teaspoons
5. Turmeric- 2 teaspoons
6. Coriander powder- 2 teaspoons
7. Gram flour- 4 tablespoons
8. Garam masala- 2 teaspoons
9. Oil- 2 tablespoons
10. Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
11. Onion- 2/3
12. Garlic- 4/5
13. Ginger- a small piece
14. Tomatoes- 2/3
15. Dry spices- as per requirement
16. Cashews- 4 tablespoons
17. Bay leaves- 2
18. Green coriander- for garnish
19. Salt- as per taste.

Method of making Mushroom Tikka Masala.
1. To make Mushroom Tikka Masala, first of all, put curd in a bowl.
2. Then add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, gram flour, and garam masala and mix.
3. After this, add mushrooms to this mixture and mix well.
4. Then keep it aside for marination for about 15-20 minutes.
5. After this, heat some oil in a pan.
6. Then add marinated mushrooms fry them well and take them out in a vessel.
7. After this, add some more oil to the same pan.
8. Then add cumin seeds and fry them well.
9. After this, add onion, garlic, ginger, and tomato and fry them till they become soft.
10. Then add all the dry spices, salt, and cashews and fry them.
11. After this, cool this mixture a little and grind it in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
12. Then add some more oil to the same pan and heat it.
13. After this, add bay leaves and Kashmiri red chili and fry them.
14. Then add the ground masala and cook it well till it leaves oil.
15. After this, add fried mushrooms and mix them well.
16. Then add some water cook for a while and turn off the gas.
17. Now your delicious mushroom tikka masala is ready. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander and serve with hot roti, paratha, or naan.
