Cinnamon: 1 inch
Cloves: 2-3
Bay leaf: 1
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder: to taste
Salt: to taste
Black pepper powder: to taste
Water: 2 cups
Cream or curd: 1/2 cup (optional)
Paneer or cream crackers: for garnish

Method: Homemade Tomato Soup Recipe
Clean and cut the tomatoes. Chop the ginger, garlic, and onion finely.
In a pan, heat the oil. Crackle the cumin seeds after adding them. After that, add the ginger, garlic, and onion and cook until golden brown.
Add bay leaves, cloves, and cinnamon, and cook for a little while. Now stir in the red chili powder and turmeric powder.
Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook for five minutes.
After the cooked mixture cools down, grind it in a mixer.
Put the ground mixture in a pan. Add water and boil. Add salt and black pepper powder and adjust according to taste.
If you want to make a creamy soup, then add cream or curd and mix it.
Take out the hot soup in a cup and garnish it with cheese or cream crackers on top.
