High court said – officials seen unable to follow corona guidelines. Coronavirus cases are increasing rapidly in the country. Meanwhile, states are issuing several guidelines regarding Corona.

The Gwalior Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court has shown strictness regarding the crowd in the political programs being held in the region. The couple said that the court has realized that the state government officials are unable to follow the Corona Guideline and are ignoring it.

The HC ordered that if the Corona Guideline is violated in political, government, and social events, cases should be registered against the one for which the program is organized. If the authorities do not do so, they will be responsible for contempt of court.

The court has also advised political parties that they can also choose the electronic medium for campaigning instead of gathering crowds. It is worth noting that Ashish Pratap Singh has filed a PIL in the HC against the violation of the Corona Guidelines in the meetings held during the assembly by-elections.

During this hearing, the court heard the Collector and Superintendent of Police of Morena, Gwalior, Bhind, Datia, Shivpuri on September 30 through video conference. The court reserved its decision after hearing all the parties.

On Saturday, the court gave the above instructions in the order. The collectors of the five districts had said during the hearing that every effort is being made by them to follow the guidelines of the Corona Guideline.

Regarding the gathering that was being held due to the by-elections, he said that a large number of people are gathering in the program, against whom it was not possible to use force.

The HC said after viewing the report of the amicus curiae, photographs of the programs provided by the petitioner that politicians were violating the Corona Guidelines in political events.
