High Court said, Hemant Soren, who is repeatedly obstructing the hearing, we will not tolerate any more: CBI investigation of Hemant Soren.

The hearing was held in the court of Chief Justice of Jharkhand HC Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice SN Prasad in the Shell Company and Mine Lease Allotment case related to Hemant Soren.

During the hearing, it was said on behalf of Chief Minister Hemant Soren that he has not received a copy of the petition and affidavit in the case of shell companies. So they won’t be able to answer.

In the interest of natural justice and justice, it is necessary that they should be provided with a copy of the petition and affidavit so that they can also present their side in court.

Therefore, on his behalf, the court was requested to adjourn the hearing of the matter till the next date.

However, the court expressed its displeasure over the fact that in the case of shell companies.

The case was presented by the CM in the court and during that time he was not told that he had not received the copy of the petition.

Today in this case say that they have not received the copy of the petition. This is a very serious matter.

The Court expressed displeasure that every time is requested to adjourn the hearing of the matter.

The court said orally that the hearing, in this case, would not be held according to the convenience of the respondents.

Ask for a time when they want and hear whenever they want, which such a court will not tolerate. The court will hear the matter again at 1 pm.

Senior advocate Meenakshi Arora of the Supreme Court is appearing for CM Hemant Soren and senior advocate Kapil Sibal is representing the state government.

At the same time, SGI SV Raju will represent the ED.

PIL filed by Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren for taking a mining lease in his name and a CBI probe into investments by his brother Basant Soren’s close associates in shell companies.

The matter is listed for hearing in the division bench of Chief Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice SN Prasad. A virtual hearing of this case is being held.

Here, a petition has been filed on behalf of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, seeking more time from the High Court in this matter.

It has been said in the application that against the order of the High Court in the mining lease allotment case, an SLP has been filed on his behalf in the Supreme Court.

Therefore, the hearing of the case should be adjourned for three weeks till the order of the Supreme Court.

Jharkhand HC has considered the petitions filed by the applicant Shiv Shankar Sharma regarding the shell company and lease allotment matter on June 3 as maintainable.

Now the court is hearing the merit of this matter. On behalf of the government during the last hearing. It was said that Kapil Sibal, the senior advocate representing the case, has become corona infected.

In such a case, time should be given to the matter. On request from the government and ED, permission has been given to hear the case in virtual mode.

An SLP (Special Leave) petition has been filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the State Government and Chief Minister Hemant Soren against the order of the High Court.

The petition filed by the state government is to be heard in the Supreme Court on July 11. Chief Minister Hemant Soren has filed SLP against the order of the HC in the lease allocation case.

The date for hearing in this matter is yet to be fixed.

It should be noted that the petitioner Shiv Shankar Sharma has filed a petition against CM Hemant Soren in the HC saying that Hemant Soren was the CM as well as the Minister of Mining Department.

During this time, he had allotted a lease in his own name for the stone mining. Doing so comes under the purview of the Office of Profit.
