HC Dismissed Petition To Stop Release Of Movie “The White Tiger”

HC dismissed the petition to stop the release of The White Tiger, know at what time the film will be released. Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and film actor Rajkumar Rao’s film ‘The White Tiger’ has got relief from the Delhi High Court.

The Delhi HC has dismissed a petition by Hollywood producer John Hart Jr. seeking a stay on the release of ‘The White Tiger’. The producers accused the film of violating copyrights.

But just hours before the release of the film, the Delhi High Court approved the release of the film, rejecting the petition of the Hollywood producer.

Hearing Petition on the evening of 21 January, Justice C Hari Shankar dismissed the petition saying that he did not understand the reason for the producer reaching court less than 24 hours before the film’s release.

However, the court heard the matter for two hours and sent a summons to the film’s producers Mukul Deora and Netflix.

Let me tell you that ‘The White Tiger’ is to be released on Netflix today. Netflix users from India will be able to watch the film at 1:30 in the afternoon.

The film, which is going to be released on Netflix, is based on the 2008 novel titled ‘The White Tiger’ by Arvind Adiga. Seeing the trailer, it is being speculated that a social discrimination will be shown in the film.

According to the trailer, The White Tiger mainly comments on poverty, caste, religion, politics, corruption. The film is directed by Ramin Bahrani.

This film marks the first time Priyanka and Rajkumar Rao are working together. The trailer of the film was released a long time ago, after which there has been a lot of buzz about the film.
