Congress state spokesperson Rakhi Prabhudesai has joined TMC after saying goodbye to her party. Rakhi had resigned from the post and membership of Goa Congress on Wednesday itself.

Rakhi submitted her resignation to the President of the Goa Pradesh Congress Committee. He tweeted, “With a heavy heart and a lot of thought, I have decided to end my short but useful innings.

Rakhi wrote in her next tweet that she has decided to join TMC. He said that he has got assurance from TMC that no compromise will be made with the development of Sangem.

The officials had sought suggestions and reports from Rajesh Bhushan regarding the election campaign, date of polling, and counting of votes under the Covid protocol.
