German Police Arrested A Man On Suspicion Of Spying

German police arrested a man on suspicion of spying for Russia.

A British man working at the British Embassy in Berlin has been arrested by German police on suspicion of spying.

The man is accused of giving secret documents to the Russian intelligence service in exchange for money.

German prosecutors said the man’s name is David S and only David’s part and work area were searched and he would be produced before an investigative judge after Wednesday.

Germany’s chief federal prosecutor’s office said in a statement that David had at least once in the course of his business activities handed over documents to the Russian intelligence service.

Money was given to the accused in lieu of documents, but there is no information about the amount.

Prosecutors further stated that he was employed as a local staff member at the embassy until his arrest, which was the result of a joint investigation by German and British authorities.

He was arrested in Potsdam outside Berlin on Tuesday. British police told that a man named David, whose age is 57 years old.

He is arrested by the German authorities. He has been arrested on suspicion of being involved in intelligence agent activity.

British spy chiefs say both China and Russia have sought to steal commercially sensitive data and intellectual property, as well as interfere in politics.

While Russian agents accused former Russian spy Sergei Skripal in the British in 2018, there is also a charge of assault.

In May, Britain introduced a proposed law to give new powers to security services and law enforcement to deal with growing threats, as plans to monitor hostile activity overseas.

Canada furious over the sentencing of its citizens in China said – not acceptable, said illegal.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has reacted sharply to the sentencing of his citizen by a Chinese court.

He has said that this is not acceptable under any circumstances and it is injustice. The name of this Canadian citizen is Michelle Spavor.

Michel was detained in China in the year 2018. He was charged with espionage. A Chinese court has sentenced him to 11 years in this case.

On the punishment given to Michel, PM Trudeau has said that it cannot be accepted.
