Congress-Left Front alliance stuck in 22 seats in Murshidabad district.

Although the CPI (M) -led Left Front and Congress have reached an agreement on 193 seats for the Bengal assembly elections, the two have got screwed in the alliance for the 22 seats in Murshidabad.

It is reported that the party unit of Congress stronghold Murshidabad is not ready to give more than four seats in 22 districts of the district and the Left parties are not agreeing on four.

The Left Front says that they need at least 6 seats. Because the CPI (M) will contest 4 more allies here. But the Congress is not ready to give more than four seats.

It is reported that the Congress is ready to leave the Jalangi, Domkal, Bhagwan Gola and Navgram assembly seats for the Left Front.

However, the Left leadership says that in addition to the four seats that the Ukta wants, they also need Bharatpur and Raghunathganj.

In the last assembly elections, there was an alliance between the Congress and the Left Front, but there was a friendly contest in Bharatpur and Raghunathganj seats of Murshidabad.

This time, such a situation does not come, so both sides are cautious about seat sharing.
