1. Urad dal – 1 cup
2. Rice – 3 cups
3. Salt – according to taste
4. Water – as per requirement

Method of making Idli

1. To make Idli, first, soak urad dal and rice in water for at least 4-5 hours.
2. Then grind the soaked dal and rice in a mixer. Keep in mind that while grinding, keep adding a little water so that the solution does not become thick.
