On the completion of 6 months of agitation by the United Farmers Front, on Wednesday, all the farmers have been appealed to put black flags on their houses and vehicles.
Under this, peasant protesters will be wearing black turban and chunri at all picketing locations across the country.
Regarding the movement, the leaders of the United Kisan Morcha believe that it is necessary to pressurize the government to get them the demand.
At the same time, on the demonstration, Indian Farmers Union leader Rakesh Tikait says that on Wednesday, more number of farmers have reached the border to observe Black Day.
We are also carrying the tricolor. It has been 6 months now, but the government is not listening to us.
That is why farmers are putting up black flags. The demonstration will be done in a peaceful manner. We are following the COVID protocol.
Nobody is coming here. People are hoisting the flag wherever they are. During this time, the laws of physical distance are getting wired.
Rakesh Tikait announced, central government effigy to be burnt.
Rakesh Tikait, the national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, has already given a statement that the effigy of the Central Government will be burnt on Wednesday.
Apart from this, black flag will be put on tractors and houses. It has started from 9-10 am. According to the announcement by Rakesh Tikait, we will only put black flags.
There will be no crowd or public meeting. No one is going to Delhi. People will put flags wherever they are. It has been 6 months now, the government has not withdrawn the black law, so farmers are celebrating black day.
At the same time, the Delhi High Court refused to consider the petition filed against the demand for banning the rally to be held on Wednesday in protest against the agricultural laws.
A bench of Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Jasmeet Singh said that the matter is pending in the Supreme Court.
In such a situation, the court will not give any opinion on this. This court is not meant to deal with the farmers’ movement.
Advocate Dhananjay Grover, before a bench hearing the Corona infection cases, raised the issue of the anti-agricultural law rally to be held on Wednesday and sought a direction to stop it.
He argued that there could be many problems due to the farmers’ rally. This may also affect oxygen supply. On this, the bench said that oxygen is reaching Delhi on its way, no one will come in the middle of it.
Dhananjay Grover said that on the completion of six months on May 26, the farmers will take out a protest march in the capital Delhi. A large number of farmers can participate in it after the end of the harvest season.
