ED to investigate the matter related to the funding of PFI, case registered in Delhi: Phulwari Sharif Terror Module.

The Phulwari Sharif Terror Module case of Bihar’s capital Patna has been taken over by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). A case has been registered in this regard at the ED headquarters in Delhi.

The ED will investigate the matter related to the funding of the Popular Front of India (PFI). The Enforcement Directorate team will investigate the matter under the PMLA Act.

On July 11, 2 terrorists were caught from Phulwari Sharif.

Let us inform you that on July 11, Patna Police arrested two members of PFI and SDFI, Athar Parvez and Mohammad Jalaluddin from Phulwari Sharif on intelligence inputs from IB.

These people used to open offices in a building here under the guise of an NGO and train the youth of many states associated with PFI to use arms and weapons.

Flags, banners, pamphlets, and other objectionable documents of PFI were found in their possession.

So far, a case has been registered against 26 named people in this case while five people have been arrested.

The names of those arrested are Athar Pavez, Mohammad Jalaluddin, Armaan Malik, Margub Danish, and Nuruddin Jangi.

Heroin worth crores recovered from the bus in Rohtas, NCB arrested 2 drug smugglers.

The drug trade has been exposed in Bikramganj of Rohtas district of Bihar.

Taking major action, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested two smugglers with heroin being taken from Jharkhand to Buxar.

Both the arrested smugglers Sanjit Kumar Mishra and Sanjay Kumar Mahto are residents of Chatra in Jharkhand. Both of them were going to supply 390 grams of heroin to Buxar.

On the basis of secret information, the NCB team from Patna arrested the two smugglers with heroin by stopping the bus at Tenduni Chowk in Bikramganj on Monday night.

In this regard, Superintendent of Police (SP) Ashish Bharti said that Patna’s NCB team has taken this action at Tenduni Chowk by Bikramganj.

In this, all necessary support was given by Rohtas Police. Both the arrested accused were produced in the court on Monday from where they have been sent on remand.

The NCB team has gone to Patna with both the smugglers where they are being questioned.
