After the arrest of businessman Avinash Bhosale by the CBI in the DHFL-Yes Bank loan scam case, the ED issued a fresh notice to vacate his property in Pune.

The agency had attached it last year in a money laundering case. Let us inform you that Avinash Bhosle has been taken to Delhi for further investigation by the CBI.

Two days ago, the promoter of ABIL group companies Avinash Bhosle has been sent to police custody till June 8.

The CBI had arrested Avinash Bhosle, chairman of real estate conglomerate ABIL Group, in an alleged corruption case involving Yes Bank founder Rana Kapoor.

The CBI has feared that the illegal money was routed through several real estate companies in Maharashtra.

It is natural for Congress to be furious when the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summoned Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi for questioning in the National Herald case.

In the sharp reaction of Congress, the BJP has responded in its own language.

It is certain that the series of allegations and counter-allegations will continue between the two parties regarding this matter, but nothing is going to be achieved from this.

If anything is to be achieved, then some concrete system will have to be made for speedy disposal of corruption cases related to politicians.

There is no justification that the cases which should be disposed of on a priority basis should drag on for years and sometimes even decades.

Similar is the case with the National Herald. This matter is ten years old and it does not seem that any conclusion will be reached soon.

In fact, investigations are going on in many cases of politicians amassing disproportionate assets, misusing power and making illegal money, and converting black money into white.

Many such cases are with the CBI and some are with the ED. These two agencies are investigating some cases.

Whatever may be the truth of the National Herald case, it is not hidden from anyone that politics has become a means of earning money for many leaders.
