Deranged youth tried to attack Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister told a big thing to the officers.

A case of a major lapse in the security of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar came to light on Sunday. In his native city of Bakhtiyarpur in the Patna district, a deranged youth tried to attack him from behind.

The incident took place around 5 pm when the Chief Minister was laying a wreath at the statue of freedom fighter Pandit Sheelbhadra Yaji

. These days the Chief Minister is meeting old people at various places in his old Lok Sabha constituency, Barh. In this episode today he had reached Bakhtiyarpur.

The Chief Minister had gone out for a walk after staying in his house.

In relation to the incident, it was told that the Chief Minister went to his house in NH after meeting his supporters near Ladder Ghat in Bakhtiyarpur.

After staying at home for some time, he left for Bakhtiyarpur market.

There is a statue of freedom fighter Pandit Sheelbhadra Yaji on the health center premises. As per the schedule, he was to garland the statue.

When the Chief Minister reached the premises along with his security personnel and officials, the gate was closed.

The young man tried to attack from behind.

The attacking youth along with some photographers entered the premises.

When the Chief Minister reached the platform of the statue, the youth reached near him at a high speed and tried to attack from the backside.

The chief minister was stunned. Even the security personnel did not understand anything.

He immediately took the attacking youth into his possession and removed him from the platform. The Chief Minister left after the program of wreath-laying.

Senior police officers were troubled by security lapses.

The case of a lapse in the security of the Chief Minister troubled the police department. Several top officials including Patna SSP and Rural SP reached the Bakhtiyarpur police station.

The attacker was interrogated for hours. When relatives were searched, his house was found locked. Information was received about the young man that he used to run the studio earlier.

The police are trying to know the intention and background of the youth through interrogation.

According to the information received, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was meeting the common people in the villages adjoining Barh and Bakhtiyarpur on Sunday, besides his old friends and comrades of the struggle.

In this sequence, the Chief Minister, while roaming on foot at many places, kept on meeting the people and listening to them.

It is being told that this incident happened in Bakhtiyarpur only during the walking tour of the Chief Minister.
