The ongoing political tussle in Maharashtra has reached the Supreme Court. The problems of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, already in crisis, may increase further.

Actually, demand has been made to register a case against Uddhav. A petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court.

The petitioner has sought registration of a case against Uddhav Thackeray, minister Aaditya Thackeray and Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut for sedition and breach of peace.

Demand to register FIR against Uddhav: Pune-based social activist Hemant Patil has filed this petition.

He requested the High Court to restrain the trio from making any further statements against Eknath Shinde, who is leading the disgruntled MLAs.

The petition claimed that after the rebellion of several Shiv Sena MLAs led by Eknath Shinde, protests have taken place in various districts of Maharashtra and verbal attacks have been made against them.

The petitioner said that the rebel MLAs of Shiv Sena who are staying in the hotel in Guwahati are being threatened.

This is creating a situation of riots and violence in Maharashtra. That is why a case should be registered against Uddhav, Aditya, and Sanjay Raut.

40 dead bodies will come from Guwahati – Sanjay Raut.

Sanjay Raut made a controversial statement a day ago. He had said that 40 MLAs in Guwahati are dead bodies, their souls are dead.

On their return, the bodies will be sent directly to the assembly for post-mortem. They know what can happen in a fire here.

Sanjay Raut threatened the rebel MLAs and said for how long will you hide in Guwahati, you will have to come to Mumbai at some point.

Uddhav Thackeray’s emotional appeal.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray has made an emotional appeal to the rebel MLAs.

Uddhav said that I appeal to you to come back and sit with me and clear the confusion that has arisen between Shiv Sainiks and the public.

Uddhav further said that if you guys return then a solution can be found. As party president and head of the family, I still care about you.
