In this comedy-packed trailer, Abhishek Bachchan is seen in the role of an illiterate Jat politician.

The trailer begins with VIII Pass being put behind bars after a corrupt politician Gangaram Chowdhary is involved in a scam, after which Chowdhary calls his wife Bimala Devi while in jail to take over as the chief minister.

The family comedy-drama follows the story of Ganga Ram Choudhary, a politician who decides to pass class 10 due to the challenges of working in a jail and starts preparing for exams by studying in jail.

According to the trailer, the story of this film will be seen revolving around the political life of politician Gangaram Choudhary, his wife Bimala Devi, and the incidents happening with them in jail.

Abhishek Bachchan is playing the role of influential politician Gangaram Choudhary in Tushar Jalota’s directorial venture Dasvin.

Apart from him in the film, actress Yami Gaumat is going to be seen in the role of a police officer and actress Nimrat Kaur is also going to be seen.

Nimrat is playing the role of Bimala Devi, wife of Gangaram Choudhary in the film, who takes over the chief minister’s chair after she goes to jail.
