Court Released Pakistani Intruder After Serving Sentence

Court released Pakistani intruder after serving a 6-year sentence: Jammu Kashmir.

The special mobile magistrate of Samba released a Pakistani Intruder who had infiltrated into Indian territory from Pakistan, he was sent to Ramgarh police station.

From where he will probably be handed over to the Pakistani Rangers from RS Pura’s Aktray Post. The Pakistani national has been identified as  Nizam ul Putra Maharoof, a resident of Sukha Chakka.

Nizam ul was arrested by BSF personnel from the Ballad post of Ramgarh sector on January 13, 2015, when he infiltrated Indian territory and was handed over to the police after being questioned by the BSF.

The court found him guilty for illegally infiltrating Indian territory from abroad. After serving a sentence of more than 6 years, he was released by the court on Thursday.

After the release, the Ramgarh police have kept him with him till he is handed over to the Pakistani Rangers.

The dead body of the laborer found hanging from the tree: A laborer near the village Wadiyal Brahmana laid his life on the tree.

The laborer was identified as 34-year-old Manish Kumar, son of Amrit Lal, resident of Khiron Lalganj, Raeverli Uttar Pradesh. It is being told that for a long time, Manish used to work on a brick kiln in the border area.

On Thursday evening, people saw Manish’s body hanging with a tree in the fields between the village Badial Brahmana and Agra Chakka.

People informed the RS Pura police about this, after which the police started investigating the matter by taking the body.

The police have started further action by placing the body in the mortuary of Arsapura Hospital for post-mortem.

Jammu: Tawi trekkers will wave tricolor on top of Gulp Kangri on Independence Day.

On this Independence Day, Tawi trekkers, the largest trekking club in Jammu and Kashmir, will hoist the national flag on the peak of Gulp Kangri in the Ladakh Himalayas.

Challenging trekking for Gulp Kangri will run from 7 to 18 August. The main members of the club decided this in an online meeting.

It was also decided to prepare a revised calendar of activities in view of the activities of the club which were affected due to the crisis of Covid-19.
