Corona Update: In the last 24 hours, 17336 new cases, 13 infected died, and 13029 people were cured of the disease.

After the arrival of 17,336 new cases of Covid-19 in the country in the last 24 hours, the number of people infected with the coronavirus increased to 4,33,62,294.

After 124 days, an increase of 30 percent has been registered in the daily cases of infection in the country.

According to the updated data released by the Union Health Ministry at 8 am on Thursday, the death toll in India increased to 5,24,954 after 13 more people died due to infection.

The number of patients under treatment for Covid-19 in the country has increased to 88,284, which is 0.20 percent of the total cases.

The number of patients under treatment has increased by 4,294 in the last 24 hours.

According to the updated data, the national recovery rate of patients is 98.59 percent. The daily infection rate is 4.32 percent, while the weekly infection rate is 3.07 percent.

So far, a total of 4,27,49,056 people have become infection free in the country and the death rate from Covid-19 is 1.21 percent.

At the same time, more than 196.77 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines have been given so far under the nationwide vaccination campaign.

Significantly, on 7 August 2020, the number of infected people in the country exceeded 20 lakh, on 23 August 2020, 30 lakh, and on 5 September 2020, more than 40 lakh.

The total cases of infection crossed 50 lakh on 16 September 2020, 60 lakh on 28 September 2020, 70 lakh on 11 October 2020, 80 lakh on 29 October 2020, and 90 lakh on 20 November.

Corona Update: On 19 December 2020, these cases exceeded one crore in the country.

Last year, on May 4, the number of infected had crossed 20 million and on June 23, 2021, it crossed 30 million. On January 26 this year, the cases had crossed four crores.

According to the updated data of the ministry, 13 cases of death due to infection were reported in the country in the last 24 hours.

Out of which seven were reported in Kerala, two in Punjab, and one each in Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.

According to the report of Lokmat News, 5218 new cases of coronavirus were reported in Maharashtra on Thursday.

With these new cases, the number of active coronavirus patients in Maharashtra has increased to 24,867. A corona infected died on Thursday.

Corona Update: At the same time, 3890 new cases have been reported in Kerala in the last 24 hours and 7 corona infected have died.

The number of active corona patients in Kerala is 25,911. Apart from this, 1063 new cases have been reported from Tamil Nadu.

At the same time, 872 new cases of coronavirus have come in Haryana. While 858 new cases have been reported from Karnataka, 634 from Uttar Pradesh.

745 from West Bengal, 135 from Rajasthan, 416 from Gujarat, 116 from Bihar, 114 from Chhattisgarh, 113 from Punjab, and 151 from Goa.

On the other hand, when we talk about the national capital Delhi, Corona has gained momentum here. On Thursday, 1934 new cases of corona have been reported in Delhi.

The infection rate in the state was 8.10 percent. However, it was a matter of relief that no corona infected died.

Let us inform that the new cases of corona that have come on Thursday are the highest number of cases since February 4.

On Thursday, 23 thousand 879 samples were tested in Delhi. So far, the number of people who died of corona in Delhi is 26 thousand 242.
