Consignment Of Arms Recovered From Pakistan

Consignment of arms recovered from Pakistan, two youth arrested. Security forces have captured a new batch of weapons from Pakistan for terrorists on Thursday. Police have also arrested two youths carrying weapons. Arms including cash worth Rs four lakh have been recovered from the accused. These include about eight magazines and 300 cartridges, three grenades, and other accessories in addition to an assault rifle.

According to the information, the police received information that a new consignment of arms has been sent from Pakistan to the militants operating in Kashmir. It will reach Kashmir in a vehicle via Jammu. On the basis of this, the police had put a blockade on Thursday on various places on the highway.

Under the district Kulgam near the Jawahar Tunnel, a joint barrier was placed by the police and army 9RR personnel at the Yamoh intersection adjacent to Qazigund. The Naka party saw a Balero vehicle (JK13B-4213) coming and signaled it to stop.

But the driver tried to escape by breaking the barrier, but the security personnel stopped the vehicle and took down the two youths riding in it. He has been identified as Nisar Ahmed, Hafshrimal Shopian, Samiullah Weil Naugam Shopian. Both are currently being questioned.

Security forces chased Pakistani drone

On Thursday morning, at six o’clock, the Border Security Force and the Jammu and Kashmir Police launched a joint operation to explore the areas between the villages Nanu Chakka and Deora in Kanhachak sector. According to sources, nothing was found during this search operation.

The cases of Pakistan dropping weapons from drones are gaining momentum from Pakistan. In such a situation, along with the border guards, the Jammu Kashmir Police is also taking extra vigil on the security of the border areas.

meanwhile, Balvidar Singh, a son of BDC chairman Bhupendra Singh, is a student of B.Ed. who was killed in a terrorist attack in Khag area of ​​Budgam district of Kashmir division.

He has pleaded for justice from the government. Balwinder said that his father won the election of sarpanch in the year 2018 in Budgam. Subsequently, he was elected BDC chairman last year. Seeing his popularity in the area, several political parties tried to take him along, but he continued to do his work. He had been threatened by terrorists many times before.

On 15 August, the government gave two bodyguards to Bhupendra Singh after the terrorist attacks on panch-sarpanches in Kashmir. Balvidar Singh said he was told by his father that his father had left the two bodyguards at the local police station before the attack and had gone to his ancestral house himself. He wants the government to conduct an impartial inquiry and punish the culprits.
