Congress Party Leaders Should Follow CWC Resolution

Congress party leaders should follow CWC resolution on Article 370. Congress surrounded by Digvijay’s statement, party leaders should follow CWC resolution on Article 370.

After the controversy over the statement of senior party leader Digvijay Singh on Article 370, the Congress has asked all its leaders to follow the resolution passed by the Congress Working Committee (CWC) on the issue on August 6, 2019.

The resolution said, “The Congress Working Committee condemns the unilateral, brazen and wholly undemocratic manner in which Article 370 of the Constitution was repealed and the State of Jammu and Kashmir was divided by misinterpreting the provisions of the Constitution. ‘

It is said that Pakistani journalists were also present in Digvijay’s clubhouse chat and in response to his question, he had talked about rethinking Article 370.

In the audio of the chat, Digvijay says, ‘When Article 370 was removed from here (Jammu and Kashmir), then democratic values were not followed.

During this, neither humanity was taken care of nor was it taken care of Kashmiriyat.

Everyone was put behind bars. If Congress government comes to power, we will reconsider this decision and restore Article 370.

The politics of Madhya Pradesh was also hot on Digvijay’s statement. BJP leaders have reacted sharply to this statement. Several BJP leaders on Twitter termed the statement as a traitor to the country.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has sought an answer from Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi, terming this statement as a Pakistani mentality of Congress.

On the other hand, Sambit Patra reminded the old statements of all Congress leaders from Rahul Gandhi to Mani Shankar Aiyar, in which Pakistan’s stand was supported on various issues.

Aiyar had sought help in defeating Modi by going to Pakistan. Rahul raised questions on surgical strike. Rahul had called India’s air strike on terrorists hiding in Pakistan as a blood broker.

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor is very fond of Pakistan and he said in Lahore Lit Fest that Pakistan managed Corona better.
