Congress MLA Rupjyoti Kurmi: Rahul Gandhi Is A Weak Leader

Congress MLA Rupjyoti Kurmi: Rahul Gandhi is a weak leader. After announcing his resignation, MLA Rupjyoti Kurmi said – Congress cannot move forward as long as Rahul Gandhi is there.

Four-time MLA from Assam Rupjyoti Kurmi has given a big blow to Congress by resigning. There is speculation about Rupjyoti Kurmi joining the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Let us tell you that a few days ago, former Union Minister Jitin Prasad left the Congress, and the news of Naveen Jindal leaving the party is also in the headlines.

Explaining the reason for leaving the Congress party, Rupjyoti Kurmi said, ‘I am leaving the Congress. The leaders of the high command in Delhi and Guwahati give priority to elderly leaders.

We told them that Congress has a good chance of coming to power this time. We should not align with AIUDF, as it would be a mistake. Now see the result is in front of everyone.

Describing Rahul Gandhi as a weak leader, he said that Congress is not listening to its young leaders. That is why its situation is getting worse in all the states.

I will meet the Speaker of the Assembly and submit my resignation. As far as Rahul Gandhi is concerned, he is unable to lead the party. If he is at the top, the party will not progress.

Congress counterattacked on the question of BJP leaders, said instead of creating issues, the government should get everyone vaccinated.

Congress said on Thursday that party president Sonia Gandhi has taken both doses of the Kovid-19 vaccine. Instead of creating unnecessary issues, the government should follow the ‘raj dharma of vaccination of all Indians.

The party’s chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala hit out at the BJP, saying that Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has taken the first dose of the vaccine.

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi will get vaccinated on the advice of doctors after recovering completely from Covid.

He made this remark at a time when many BJP leaders were questioned whether Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi had got the vaccines done.

Surjewala said, “Instead of creating unnecessary issues, the Modi government should focus on vaccinating 80 lakh to one crore Indians daily, so that the target of 100 crore people can be vaccinated by December 31, 2021.”

After disappointing the people of India in the second wave of coronavirus, it becomes the state duty of this government to get all the people vaccinated.
