CM Yogi Adityanath is strict, said accountability will be fixed. CM Yogi Adityanath has become very strict about the global epidemic of coronavirus infection in Lucknow along with the ever-increasing spread of Kanpur. CM Yogi Adityanath at Lok Bhawan in Lucknow on Thursday in a law and order review meeting with Team-11 unlocked in Coronavirus infection clearly said that now accountability of negligence will be fixed in case of Coronavirus infection.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed in the review meeting to take all precautions to break the chain of the transition of COVID-19. He said that the process of surveillance, door-to-door survey, and medical testing should be made more effective. The stronger this system is, the more success will be achieved against COVID-19. He said that the State Government is committed to providing quality medical facilities to the public.

In view of this, every possible step should be taken to keep people safe from COVID-19. Efforts that need to be given more speed should be speedily pursued. The Chief Minister said that in order to strengthen the control and treatment system of COVID-19 in Lucknow and Kanpur Nagar, the instructions given in video conferencing on Wednesday should be strictly implemented.

He should set the accountability of those who lax in this regard. The Chief Minister said that by controlling the chain of COVID-19 through testing, lifesaving can be done on a large scale. Keeping this in mind, testing work needs to be continuously increased. He instructed to increase the number of tests of COVID-19 in Kanpur and Gorakhpur districts.

The Chief Minister expressed satisfaction over the increase in revenue of the State Government by about 600 crores in August 2020 relative to August 2019. He said that all the types of industrial and commercial activities should be conducted in the state except the activities which the Government of India has prohibited in view of COVID-19.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has stressed on improving the work culture of all departments. He said that government offices should be connected to the e-office system in a time-bound manner. While giving instructions to take quick decisions in the government works under the prescribed procedure, he said that in the subordinate offices including departmental headquarters, the letters should not be pending for more than seven days.

Accountability should be fixed at all the relevant levels if a letter is pending for more than three days on a table. Giving instructions to ensure timely and regular attendance of government officials, the Chief Minister said that this action should be reviewed regularly. For this, senior officials should conduct effective inspections by inspecting the offices.

While giving instructions to conduct the recruitment examinations in the departments and undertakings of the state government in a regular and time-bound manner, he said that for this, like the Government of India, an agency should be set up to conduct all the recruitment examinations in the state.

Emphasizing the effective and efficient operation of the Investment Friend Portal, the Chief Minister said that for this, the deployment of experts should be considered. He said that the state government has decided to set up a new organization Invest UP, by upgrading and strengthening the industry. He instructed that by effectively implementing this work, an action plan should be prepared to attract investment of up to Rs 1.5 lakh crore in the state during the next one to one and a quarter years.
