Chabahar Port Is Response To Evil Plans Of Pakistan And China

Chabahar port is a tough response to the evil plans of Pakistan and China, in many ways it is special.

The partnership between India, Iran and Uzbekistan will reorient commercial and strategic use of the Chabahar port.

Located on the southern coast of Iran, this port is not only a response to the nefarious designs of Pakistan and China.

But will also play an important role in spreading the business of India and Allied countries to Europe.

China has invested heavily in the development of Gwadar Port in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. It is also an important part of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Earlier, Indian ships had to pass through the Pakistani waters to reach Afghanistan and Central Asia, but the Chabahar port, close to Gwadar, has abolished this imperative.

Geographical importance

Medieval traveler Al Baruni called Chabahar the gateway to India. Chabahar means four waterfalls. It is a deep water port which is connected to the mainland.

The weather is normal here and it is easy to reach by sea routes.

Situated in the Sistan-Balochistan province on Iran’s southern coast, this port is an important link to a route that will facilitate the movement of freight from India to Europe.

Strategic importance

Through the development of Pakistan’s Gwadar Port, China wants to increase its presence in the Arabian Sea. In response, India decided to invest in the development of Chabahar Port.

This thing knocked China. China became a partner in the Chabahar-Zahedan rail project, promising Iran a hefty $ 400 billion investment over the next 25 years.

Before China makes its foray into that region, India wants to strengthen its hold in any case.

Business importance

Through Chabahar, India will not only have easy access to Afghanistan and Central Asia.

But will also ease business to Eurasia and Russia through the 7,200 km long International North Transport Corridor (INSTC). It will connect Asia, Africa, and Europe.

India-Iran and Uzbekistan meeting on joint use of Chabahar port

India, Iran, and Uzbekistan held the first trilateral meeting on Monday to discuss ways for joint use of the strategically important Chabahar port and increasing regional connectivity.

The Indian Ministry of External Affairs said the meeting was held in a digital manner.

This meeting was held last week by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uzbekistan President S.K. The decisions have taken place during the talks between Mirziyoyev.
