BJP President JP Nadda on Thursday announced the 80-member executive committee, which includes the names of many union ministers, many state leaders from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Along with this, veterans like LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi have been included again in this list. At the same time, the names of Varun Gandhi and Maneka Gandhi are not on this list.
BJP’s 80 member new national executive announced: Apart from the 80 regular members, the executive will also have 50 special invitees and 179 permanent invitees.
Several Union ministers including Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh are expected to be included in this list, which also includes the name of recently inducted minister Ashwini Vaishnav.
At the same time, former Union ministers like Harsh Vardhan, Ravi Shankar Prasad, and Prakash Javadekar also remain members of the National Executive.
The executive is a major deliberative body of the party which discusses the major issues facing the government and shapes the agenda of the organization.
