BJP demanding the withdrawal of the Kerala Police Act Amendment. BJP knocked on the door of the High Court demanding the withdrawal of the Kerala Police Act amendment.

The amendment ordinance brought to curb cybercrime in Kerala has been approved. However, it is being fiercely opposed by the opposition.

Kerala BJP president K Surendran has demanded from the High Court that this act amendment be rejected.

Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan signed the Kerala Police Act Amendment Ordinance and implemented it.

There is a lot of opposition to this. At the same time, behind the introduction of the ordinance, the Kerala government says that this will help in curbing the growing cybercrime against women and children in the state.

Under this ordinance, if a person sends or makes any kind of information on social media, which is abusive or posts someone with the intention of insulting or threatening someone.

Then the person should have five years There is a provision of jail sentence or fine of 10 thousand rupees or both.

Now on behalf of BJP, earlier former Union Minister and senior Congress leader P Chidambaram had expressed his displeasure.

He had said that he was surprised by this rule of the Kerala government.

He tweeted, “I am surprised by the rule of the five-year sentence due to the so-called inflammatory offensive posted on social media by the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government of Kerala”.

Explain that section 118-A of the Police Act has been strengthened in this Kerala Police Act Amendment.

Hyderabad Civic Polls: Javadekar targeted KCR, said- ‘State’s assets are decreasing and CM’s close is increasing.

Targeting the Telangana government, BJP leader and Union Minister Prakash Javadekar on Sunday .

He said that the wealth of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his friends was increasing, but the assets of the state government were decreasing.

He said that BJP has come out with a ‘charge sheet’ which tells about 60 failures of the state government during the last six years.

Before the civic elections in the city, Javadekar targeted Asaduddin Owaisi’s party All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM), saying that voting AIMIM means voting for partition.
