Bilawal Bhutto challenged PM Imran Khan, saying – There is no fear of going to jail for raising voice against him. Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has raised his voice against Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Bhutto said that he is not afraid of Imran Khan’s government even if he has to go to jail with other politicians. Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Bilawal claimed that the Prime Minister is using the army as a political bloc. He also said that this government is scared of the rallies being held by the opposition.
He further said that he said that the opposition is ready to protest against this system and we will save the people from this trap. Attacking Imran Khan further, he said that the army is not the institution of any one party, which he is using for his political ball.
Treason case filed against many opposition leaders including former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif
A government led by Prime Minister Imran Khan in Pakistan has filed a sedition case against Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam. The same charge has been leveled against the alleged Prime Minister of Ghulam Kashmir, Farooq Haider. The Imran government has registered the case before the opposition coalition’s rally.
The Lahore Police has registered a case on charges of a civilian named Badar Rashid and several other serious charges including treason against former Prime Minister Sharif and Maryam and 41 other leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
The complaint alleged that Sharif delivered hate speeches against the government and the country from September 20 to October 1 at a coalition of opposition parties and in his party meetings. However, on the FIR against the opposition leaders, the government of Punjab province clarified that it has no role in it.
Here, senior journalist Hameed Mir criticized Imran on the move. He wrote in the tweet, ‘PM Imran always claims that he is the messenger of Kashmiris, but has filed a sedition case against the elected Prime Minister of Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir.’ After this tweet, Farooq’s name was removed from the FIR.
