Bengal govt gave permission to take out Parivartan Rath Yatra, Bengal arriving today at JP Nadda, tomorrow will leave for Rath Yatra.

Before the assembly elections in Bengal, BJP national president JP Nadda is again arriving in Kolkata on a two-day tour of the state on Friday.

Nadda will flag off the proposed Parivartha Rath Yatra starting on February 6 by the state BJP. The rath yatra has been allowed by the state government.

But from where the Rath Yatra will be taken out, the BJP will have to take permission from the local administration.

Bengal govt gave permission: The high court has not given an order to postpone yet.

Let it be said that a public interest petition has been filed in the High Court to ban the rath yatra. No adjournment order has come from the court yet.

Nadda’s program to flag off Rath Yatra from Navadwip is proposed tomorrow. According to the information, the police administration of Navadwip has sought complete information from the BJP about the Rath Yatra.

It was told by the state BJP that Nadda will arrive at Kolkata Airport at around 8.40 pm on Friday night. He will then take a night’s rest at the Westin Hotel in Newtown.

JP Nadda will inaugurate the party’s rath yatra that takes place over a month before the assembly elections in Bengal on February 6, Saturday.

Whereas on 11 February, the Union Home Minister Amit Shah will leave for the second part of the Rath Yatra.

The BJP has decided to hold rath yatras in February and March to garner support in its favor in the elections. The yantras will be in five blocks and will pass through all 294 assembly segments of the state.

Many top party leaders will arrive in the state during this rath yatra. These rath yatras will leave from Navadwip, Cooch Behar, Kakdwip, Jhargram, and Tarapith on Saturday, Monday, and next Tuesday.

JP Nadda will be in Navadwip to inaugurate the visit on 6 February. Amit Shah will also attend the Rath Yatra program on February 11.

State BJP President Dilip Ghosh expressed confidence that the Rath Yatra will be a turning point for the party ahead of the elections in April-May.

The party had also planned similar rath yatras in 2018 in the state, but the event had to be postponed at the last minute after the state government refused permission.
