Azam Khan Is A Habitual Criminal: ASG UP Government

Azam Khan is a habitual criminal, still threatening: ASG Raju of Yogi Adityanath government in the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court may have reserved its decision on the bail of Samajwadi Party founder member Azam Khan.

But the ASG, who is advocating the case on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh government, has described Azam Khan as a habitual offender.

Additional Solicitor General SV Raju Adhikari said that Azam Khan still threatens the officials from jail that if my government comes, I will take revenge one by one.

Azam Khan’s lawyer had told the court that the High Court has reserved its decision on Bail’s application.

The Allahabad High Court had reserved its decision on Azam Khan’s bail on 5 February. It was a matter related to the confiscation of property.

In a case registered against Azam Khan, he is accused of taking possession of the enemy property and misusing public funds worth crores of rupees.

It is alleged that after the partition, Imamuddin Qureshi went to Pakistan and his property came under the purview of enemy property. Azam Khan has occupied that property.

Describing senior SP leader Azam Khan as a land mafia, the state government has opposed bail in the Supreme Court. The UP government said that Azam Khan is a ‘habitual offender’.

Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, appearing in the court on behalf of the UP government, told Justice before the bench headed by L. Nageswara Rao, that Azam Khan is a land mafia.

Azam has already threatened the investigating officer in the land grab case. People have filed complaints against him personally. He is a habitual criminal.

He has cheated in everything. The counsel for the UP government said that Azam Khan is seeking interim bail from the court, but its permission should not be given.

Many such cases are also registered against him, in which there is a provision of punishment up to life imprisonment.

He should also look into the cases already registered against him as he is a habitual criminal and land mafia.

It was said on behalf of the UP government that even though Azam Khan is a leader, the cases registered against him cannot be ignored on the basis of this.

During the hearing of the case, the top court told the advocate of the UP government that the state government cannot give bail to Azam Khan in one case and jail in the other.

During the hearing in the Supreme Court on Azam Khan’s petition, big and sharp allegations were made by the Uttar Pradesh government.

It has been said on behalf of the Yogi Adityanath government that Azam Khan is a habitual criminal. He still hasn’t improved.

The government claims that Azam Khan has told the officials that I am not going to die yet. If my government comes, I will avenge each and every one.
