Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav: PM Modi said – Today the countries of the world keep relying on us, this symbolizes the rise of new India.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today began celebrating the 75th year of independence in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This program of celebration is named ‘Amrit Mahotsav of  Azaadi’.

Digital exhibitions were inaugurated at seven venues under the ‘Independence of Amrit Mahotsav’, celebrated to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the country’s independence.

The main event in Ahmedabad was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On this occasion, PM Modi participated in many programs in Ahmedabad. He also flagged off the Dandi March. PM Modi also gave his address.

Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav: India’s achievements counted

PM Modi said that even today the achievements of India are not just our own, but they are going to show light to the whole world, to give hope to the entire humanity.

Our development journey filled with the self-sufficiency of India is going to give impetus to the development journey of the whole world. PM Modi said that this is also being proved directly in front of us in the Corona period.

Today, the whole world is benefiting from India’s self-sufficiency in vaccine manufacturing, in bringing humanity out of the epidemic crisis.

PM Modi said that today the countries of the world are thanking India, trusting India. This is the first moment of the sunrise of New India. This is the first aura of our grand future.

PM Modi said that the country has been making conscious efforts for the last 6 years to save this glory of history. Efforts are being made in this direction in every state and region.

The revival of the site associated with the Dandi Yatra was completed by the country two years ago. I myself had the opportunity to visit Dandi on this occasion.

PM Modi said during this time that today is the first day of the Amrit Mahotsav program of independence. The festival has started 75 weeks before 15 August 2022 and will run till 15 August 2023.

Highlighting the importance of salt in India.

PM Modi said that salt was never judged by its value here. The salt here means honesty. We have salt here – faith. Salt means salt – loyalty.

PM Modi said that we still say that we have eaten the salt of the country. This is not because salt is a very valuable thing. This is because salt is a symbol of labor and equality in us.
