In 2003, Tomar was in charge of the BJP under the leadership of Uma Bharti, taking out the Parivartan Yatra in Madhya Pradesh.

He made the path of power easy for the BJP by activating the workers across the state. When he was the general secretary in charge of Uttar Pradesh as a national general Seceratery, for the first time, BJP had won 11 municipal corporations.

After this, the election did not succeed, but the BJP emerged as a strong opposition in Uttar Pradesh and formed a government with an absolute majority after five years.

In Bengal, the BJP could not change the power as per the goal, but the saffron ground has become stronger in the state. MP also has an important role in this.

MP’s Kailash Vijayvargiya was given charge of Bengal in 2015, making him the party’s national general secretary. At that time neither the organizational structure of the BJP was strong in the state, nor did it have a significant presence in the House.

With the strengthening of the organization, Vijayvargiya brought the BJP’s policy to the people in such a way that it emerged as a strong opposition in the assembly elections .

The lotus blossom in 18 Lok Sabha seats of the state in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Which indicates that the coming days will not be easy for Mamata Sarkar.
