Andhra minister said Chandrababu Naidu is spreading lies against CM Reddy.
For the past few days, Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu has been making rhetoric against the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy-led government.
Responding to this, Andhra Pradesh Transport and Information and Public Relations Minister Perni Venkataramaiah slammed Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu.
Perni Venkataramaiah accused Naidu of “making baseless allegations and spreading lies” against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan.
Andhra Pradesh Transport and Information and Public Relations Minister Perni Venkataramaiah lashed out at Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu, saying, “He has no moral right to speak against govt.”
He is not even fit to stand as the leader of the opposition party.
On controlling the spread of coronavirus in the state Venkataramaiah said, ‘YSRCP government’s efforts to contain the virus have been recognized at the national level.
Andhra Pradesh is the second-best state in India to contain the virus. At the same time, NITI Aayog also said that AP is the best in providing health services.
Venkatramaiah also accused Naidu of instigating government employees about the cancellation of the contributory pension scheme system by Reddy.
He claimed that the CM has fulfilled 90 percent of the election promises in these two years and he will definitely fulfill the remaining promises in the remaining term.
Venkataramaiah also spoke on the issue of state.
On the special category status on the state issue, Venkatramaiah said, “Though YSRCP has got the majority of MP seats from Andhra.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government has an absolute majority in Lok Sabha, they don’t need our support.
Hence, there is no remote possibility of a bargain with the Centre. Still, we are striving for special status. We are taking up that matter at all possible forums.
Responding to Naidu’s allegations about the Krishna river water dispute and farming in the Krishna delta, Venkatramaiah said, “It was during Naidu’s rule that the crop in the Krishna delta was reduced.
Farmers in this region lost a harvest season courtesy of Chandrababu Naidu. Such a person is now teaching us a lesson.
Venkatramaiah further said that ‘Naidu is lying that he had given water to Rayalaseema region during his tenure.
That’s not true at all. He suggested to build Vaikunthapuram barrage, however, he did not even lay a brick for that project.’
On Jagan’s allegations of collusion with KCR, Venkataramaiah said, “Naidu has been joining hands with all possible parties to stall Jagan’s political development since 2010.
He had colluded with the Congress, he had an alliance with the TRS, he had an alliance with the BJP.
Broke with BJP and now again trying to tie up with BJP. TDP has taken many turns in the last 10 years and is now accusing our party and our leader.
